1.Description: Slag Washing Material For Converter is mainly made of active calcium, aluminum metal, reducing agent, active aluminate as the main raw material, with additives, and pressed by special process.the product has the characteristics of low melting point, good fluidity, stable chemical performance and good reduction performance, In the process of tapping, the mixture of the molten steel and the product is fully mixed by using the impact kinetic energy and potential energy of the molten steel, which plays the role of slag washing and refining to achieve deoxidation and desulfurization,it can promote the inclusion in molten steel to form the effect of ball and block floatation and adsorption,to achieve the purpose of purifying molten steel.

3. Usage and dosage:
When tapping water is used, 50% of the ladle bottom is added in advance, add 50% more steel into the mixed flushing of tapping water, and add 5-10kg per ton of steel.
