1,Description of Magnesia Chrome Brick:
The product has excellent performance,good resistance to suddenly-changing temperature,antistrip performance,abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and is widely used in large cement rotary kilns, lime kilns, steel-making furnaces, chemical and building materials industrial furnaces. The product is shaped under a brick machine of more than 63 tons and fired at a high temperature of more than 1600 degrees Celsius.

3,Magnesia Chrome Brick characteristics:
1.8-20% Cr2O3 is added to magnesia brick, to form spinel mineral facies in magnesia and chrome sand during sintering and using at high temperature, which effectively improves the anti-spalling property of the product. At the same time, the chemical inertia of Cr2O3 is utilized to effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the product, thus improving the service life of the product.
2.Packaging:The use of shrink film packaging, improve the moisture-proof ability, so that the product isolates the damage of water content.
4,The products are divided into JDMC-8A, JDMC-12 and JZDMGE20 3 marks according to the content of Cr2O3,three kinds of products are applied to different parts of the kiln furnace to ensure the overall service life of the kiln furnace.
5,The main crystalline phase of the product is periclase and magnesia chromium spinel.the refractoriness under load is very high, that is, high temperature resistance, high density, compact structure, that is, high mechanical strength.Because the main crystalline phases of the products are periclase and magnesia-chromium spinel,therefore, the product has good anti-stripping performance and alkali slag corrosion resistance.products are widely used, such as large cement kilns, lime kilns, steelmaking furnaces, non-ferrous metallurgical smelting furnaces, etc.
