1.Ladle Refining Slag is a new generation of steel-making auxiliary refractory developed by our company to meet the requirements of low sulfur and low nitrogen steel. The product is made of a variety of materials and is made by a special process. the product activity coefficient is more than 70, It has the advantages of fast melting, low gas content, fast slagging speed, high activity and early appearance of white slag,the product has good fluidity after melting, It can absorb the deoxidized and desulfurized products in the molten steel, The purpose of reducing refining time, reducing steel-making cost, reducing the content of harmful impurities in molten steel and purifying molten steel is realized. The products are divided into three types: sintering type, pre melting type and electric melting type.
2. Features and functions of Ladle Refining Slag:
1) high activity, with activity coefficient greater than 70
2) Fast melting and High slagging speed
3) Good fluidity
4) The product has strong ability to absorb inclusions in molten steel, effectively purified the molten steel.
3. Usage and dosage: add products along with steel flow during tapping, add 5-8kg per ton of steel
4.Storage and transportation: rainproof and moisture-proof measures shall be taken for storage in dry and ventilated environment
