1.Description: the product is made of three-dimensional hollow polyester fiber as the main raw material, which is hot pressed into the shape of cocoon and cotton. The products are sound-absorbing, fire-resistant, non-toxic and harmless, no peculiar smell, and become the excellent products in the sound-absorbing and heat insulation materials instead of glass fiber and asbestos fiber. In the noise range of 125 ~ 4000Hz, the highest sound absorption coefficient is above 0.9, which can eliminate the sound impurities, improve the sound effect and improve the clarity of the language. The product has the characteristics of heat preservation, flame retardancy, light weight, impact resistance, easy processing, easy maintenance, rich color, changeable shape, etc.
2.Product performance:
1) Sound absorption performance: the sound absorption coefficient of the product increases with the increase of frequency, and the noise reduction coefficient is 0.8 ~ 1.0, or it is a wide-band high-efficiency sound absorption body
2) Mechanical properties, even and solid product material, elastic, tough, wear-resistant, impact resistant, tear resistant, not easy to scratch
3) The decorative effect is good, the product has nearly 40 colors, can be assembled into various patterns, the plate can be bent into curved surface shape, so that the decorative effect is flexible and changeable, full of aesthetic feeling.
4) The fire performance of the product has been tested by the national fire test center, and it has good fire performance, reaching Class B1.
5) Environmental performance. According to the test, the formaldehyde emission of the product is ≤ 0.05mg/L, which is far lower than the standard requirement of ≤ 1.5mg/L, reaching grade E1, meeting the requirements of direct indoor decoration.
