4. Production process of products
1)Preparing slurry:the ceramics fibre cotton, filler and binder are mixed evenly to make qualified slurry.
2)pick up the suction:make vacuum pump to let slurry vacuum extraction and draw out excess water
3) Compression forming: Press out water to reduce thickness and increase capacity.
4) Drying: Put the compressed slab into the drying equipment to dry and remove moisture.
5) Machining: Processing the dried slab into products of various specifications
