1.Description: The product is used at - 30 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, not aging, not embrittlement, and the service life can reach 50 years. And the waterproof performance, impact resistance, mechanical properties, especially the fillet strength are very good.
2. Main features:
1) Main ingredients: PVC, stabilizer, colorant, filler, UV absorber
2) Heat preservation and energy conservation: most of the products are of cavity structure, with good heat insulation performance and low thermal conductivity, which is only 1 / 357 of the steel and 1 / 1250 of the aluminum.
3) Air tightness: Rubber and plastic sealing strip and wool strip are installed at all gaps of plastic steel doors and windows, whose air tightness is much higher than that of aluminum alloy doors and windows
4) Water tightness: due to the unique multi cavity structure of the product, there is an independent drainage cavity, which can effectively drain the water from the frame or fan.
5) Wind pressure resistance: 1.5 ~ 3mm thick steel lining is added in the independent product mold cavity, and the wind pressure resistance strength can reach more than 6 levels
6) Corrosion resistance: the product adopts unique formula, has good corrosion resistance, and its service life is 10 times of steel window
7) Weather resistance: the product can be used in the environment of - 50 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ for a long time, with a service life of up to 50 years.
