1,Description: For glass tank furnace bottom paving,the Glass Tank Block is a new product developed and produced by us and our factory in recent years.the product is composed of dense layer and heat insulation layer. The dense layer effectively meets the working requirements of the bottom, while the heat insulation layer effectively reduces the heat loss of the bottom, increases the temperature of the liquid glass, and saves the production cost. The density of the insulation layer is 65-70% of that of the compact layer, and the thermal conductivity is 35-40% of that of the compact layer. After the product is used by users, the composite energy-saving brick can save 25-35% energy than the traditional clay brick, which not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the cost.
