1.Description of Magnesium Oxide Board: glass magnesium plate, also known as magnesium oxide plate, is made of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride and water as ternary system with modifier added. Magnesium cementitious material with stable performance, A new type of incombustible decorative material, which is composed of medium basic fiberglass mesh as reinforcement material and light material as filler, It is fire-proof, water-proof, tasteless, non-toxic, not frozen, not rotten, not deformed, not burning, high strength and light weight, convenient for construction, long service life.
2.Product specification: 2400*1200,2440*1220,3000*1220,the thickness is:3mm,5mm,6mm,8mm,9mm,10mm,12mm,15mm,18mm,20mm.
3. Product features: the glass magnesium plate has high temperature resistance, flame retardant, sound absorption, shockproof, insect proof, waterproof and moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free, can be directly painted, directly pasted, high strength, bending resistance and toughness. It can be nailed, sawed, glued and decorated conveniently.
4. Application: it can be used as wall board, ceiling board, fire-proof board, waterproof board, packing box, furniture and interior decoration,fireproof board for tunnels, highways and subways,as well as basement, civil air defense, mine and other humid environment projects.
5.Superior performance of Magnesium Oxide Board
1) Excellent fireproofing: the product has good fireproofing performance. It is a non combustible plate. The duration of fire is zero, 800 ℃ is non combustible, 1200 ℃ is non flame, reaching the highest fireproofing and non combustible level A1
2) Waterproof and moisture-proof: in dry cold and wet weather, the product performance is always stable. Even if it is immersed in water for several days, it will not be deformed and softened after being taken out by natural air drying. It can be used normally, and there will be no moisture absorption and backflow.
3) Light weight anti-seismic: the apparent density of the product is 0.8-1.2g/cm3, which reduces the weight of the internal wall of the building by more than 60%, and increases the use area by 5-8%. Light weight is conducive to the anti-seismic of the structure.
4) Strength advantage: light weight, compact structure, good stability, no deformation, excellent performance in impact resistance, compression resistance, tensile and fracture resistance. The vertical bending strength is 322kgf / cm2, the horizontal bending strength is 216kgf / cm2, and the impact strength is 25MPa.
5) Environmental protection and health: the product is free of asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene and harmful radioactive elements, smoke-free in case of fire, non-toxic, no peculiar smell, energy conservation and environmental protection
6) Heat insulation and energy saving: the thermal conductivity of the product is 0.216w/cm.k, which is far lower than 1.1w/cm.k of brick and stone. The effect of heat insulation and energy saving is excellent, which makes the room comfortable and fresh
7) Sound insulation and peace: the superior sound insulation performance of the product ensures the room environment to be calm, and the sound insulation capacity of 6mm thick board is 29dB
8) Anti insect and anti mildew: the product has the functions of anti mildew, anti bacteria, anti-corrosion and anti termite, meeting the European and American building materials standards
9) Durable: through scientific formula, the product has completely solved the problem of moisture absorption and backflow. It is corrosion-resistant, acid-base resistant, small change of expansion and contraction, dry shrinkage rate ≤ 0.3%, wet expansion rate ≤ 0.6%. It has frost resistance of - 40 ℃, aging resistance and long service life.
