1,Description of Magnesia Carbon Brick For Converter:
This product selected high purity fused magnesia sand as material, and molded by high pressure and sintered by high temperature. Consequently, this product has good compactness, and its bulk density is more than 2.9g/cm3.It also has good performance of alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high-temperature resistance.

3,Features of Magnesia Carbon Brick For Converter: Our magnesia-carbon brick are made of high-purity fused magnesia (Mgo≥96%) and high-grade graphite powder, with the addition of metal aluminum metal and metal silicon as antioxidants as the main raw materials.especially the resin binder, we choose the environment-friendly alcohol-based resin, the baking temperature is raised to 270-300 degrees Celsius.In this way, the product after masonry, drying process, basically ensure that the surrounding environment is not polluted, do not produce harmful odor, so that the human body is not damaged, which is very important and favored by users.

5,Our advantages in producing magnesia carbon bricks: the magnesia carbon bricks used in converter and ladle produced by our factory are different from the traditional magnesia carbon brick products. The biggest difference is that:
1) The environment-friendly alcohol based resin binder is used. The porosity of the product is lower than that of the traditional product, the standard value is ≤ 4%, the measured value is 3.2-3.5%, and the compressive strength is higher than that of the traditional product, the standard value is ≥ 40MPa, the measured value is 45-65mpa. Therefore, the product has better compactness, better slag resistance and more heats.
2) Using 280-320 ℃ high temperature baking, the product is non-toxic and tasteless in the process of heating up, and has little harm to the surrounding environment and human body, which meets the requirements of environmental protection products. In addition, our factory production technology is very perfect, molding equipment is large and advanced, laboratory testing equipment is complete, fully guarantee the quality requirements of the product, at present, the product in domestic and foreign users get good evaluation, the use effect is better than traditional products
