1,Description of Magnesia Calcium Brick:
At present, there are two kinds of magnesia-calcium bricks, CaO20% and CaO 30%. They are used in AOD furnace and VOD furnace for smelting stainless steel, replacing the original magnesia-chromium brick,major raw materials for producing magnesia-calcium bricks are light-fired synthetic magnesia-calcium sand, fused magnesia, which are formed by hydraulic press and fired at 1550℃-1600℃ degrees Celsius.The finished product is impregnated with paraffin to cover the surface with a layer of paraffin film to avoid hydration reaction during storage, transportation and masonry.

3,Description of Magnesia Calcium Brick:
We produce two kinds of magnesia-calcium bricks(CaO20%,CaO30%),Using fused high purity magnesia and calcined dolomite sand as main raw materials, the product was formed by hydraulic press and fired at 1550-1600℃.apply to smelt the lining of stainless steel AOD and VOD furnaces.
The product is treated by wax immersion and waterproof, and stored in dry environment to prevent damage caused by moisture absorption.
The product is sealed by shrinkable film, which eliminates the contact between product and water, and ensures the product quality in storage and transportation.
4.Good feedback of product use effect,the products have been exported to South Korea, JPakistan, Australia, the United States
