1,Production process of products:
With high quality synthetic spinel sand as the main raw material, through multi-stage proportioning, uniform mixing, using 630 tons,1000 tons of brick press forming, through high temperature sintering at 1750~1760℃, the products with compact structure, good wear resistance and excellent alkaline corrosion resistance were prepared.The product is a high quality refractory produced in recent years. Once used, it has achieved good results.Chrome free spinel brick for cement kiln is chrome free. It is an environmental friendly refractory brick, non-toxic and radiation free. It is usually used in the calcination zone of cement kiln.
