1,Description of Alumina Hollow Ball Insulation Brick:
The Alumina Hollow Ball Insulation Brick made of fine ethylene ball as fillers is used as the working lining in the ultra-high temperature industrial furnace. The content of Al2O3 is over 95%, the high temperature resistance is over 1700℃, the product density is low, the thermal conductivity is good and the purity is high.It can be directly used as the lining of high-temperature furnace and directly contact with the flame. It is the product with the highest temperature resistance among the insulating refractory bricks. Its mechanical strength and physical properties under high temperature are superior to other insulating refractory bricks. Building a layer of alumina hollow ball thermal insulation bricks completely replaces the design scheme of building a layer of heavy refractory bricks and a layer of thermal insulation refractory bricks, which not only reduces the load of the furnace, but also improves the energy saving effect.
