1,Description: the product is composed of silicate, expanded perlite, plant fiber, diatomite powder and auxiliary materials. It is specially processed and shaped. The product is light in weight and high in strength. It is a very economical building fire-proof board, Instead of concrete or brick walls for non load bearing parts of the building. The product has excellent construction performance, can be sawn and nailed, and is not easy to deform and crack. The product is suitable for building external wall insulation, firewall isolation belt, with fire and flame retardant, small deformation coefficient, anti-aging, stable performance, good ecological and environmental protection characteristics. What's more, the material's fire protection rating is AI, which overcomes the fatal characteristics of organic materials, such as being afraid of open fire and easy to aging, and fills in the blank of inorganic building materials.
2, performance
1) Low thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity is 0.08 ~ 0.10w/m. K, which is equivalent to the thermal insulation mortar, with good thermal insulation performance, and can be used as the thermal insulation material of the external wall thermal insulation system
2) Non combustible, calcined at high temperature above 1200 ℃, with fire resistance of A1
3) Aging resistance and good durability are incomparable with organic thermal insulation materials
4) Good compatibility. It has good compatibility with cement mortar and concrete, reliable bonding, similar expansion coefficient, no cracking, deformation and shrinkage under thermal expansion and cold shrinkage, and the bonding strength of double-sided painting and cement mortar can reach more than 0.2MPa
5) Low water absorption, good bonding with cement mortar, facing brick, etc., not limited by building height
6) Weather resistance, no deformation, aging, cracking and stable performance under severe weather conditions such as sunlight exposure, hot and cold upheaval, wind and rain

4,Construction process
1) Construction of adhesive insulation system
a:Before construction, the floating dust, oil dirt, weathered matter and other impurities on the surface of the base wall shall be removed thoroughly, and the base wall shall be watered to fully wet. Make sure there is no liquid water on the wall before pasting. Remove the floating ash and loose sand on the surface of the insulation board.
b. Hang the vertical reference control line to ensure that the pasted insulation board is horizontal and vertical
c. When the bracket needs to be installed, the profile steel bracket can be installed to ensure the bracket level
d. During construction, the main specification insulation board (600 * 600mm) is preferred, and the auxiliary specification products are processed on site
e,The bonding should be full, the compacted thickness of mortar is 8mm, and the mortar on four sides should be full
f,The bond shall be laid horizontally from top to bottom, with the board joint distance ≤ 2mm
g,No construction is allowed when the ambient temperature is higher than 37 ℃ or lower than 0 ℃. Temporary support and fixing measures shall be taken for the pasted insulation board, which can be removed in 12 hours. Within 7 days after construction, protection against rain wash and sun exposure shall be carried out.
2) , external wall insulation system
The insulation board should be cast into one with the base wall, or it can also be pasted. The basic structure is shown in the figure
