1, Description:

The product has high alumina content and high temperature resistance. The composition structure is mullite phase, mullite cordierite phase and glass phase. Mullite phase has good high temperature performance and cordierite phase has the characteristics of low expansion rate. Both of them have good thermal shock stability. The 1300℃ cordierite mullite product has a flexural strength greater than 17Mpa at 1250 ℃ and strong bending deformation resistance. It is often used as a large-size hollow plate, which not only reduces the load of kiln car and reduces heat loss, but also has high bending strength and good application effect. It is completely suitable for the firing of sanitary ceramics and daily ceramics.
