1,Description
The forming method of the product is different from that of medium temperature calcium silicate product. It is a dynamic hydrothermal synthesis method. The ratio of calcium oxide to silicon dioxide in medium temperature product is about 0.8, and the ratio of calcium oxide to silicon dioxide in high temperature product is about 1.0. The final chemical in the qualified product is calcium silicate, and the use temperature is 1000-1100℃.1100℃ calcium silicate board is a microporous structure, with a micropore rate of more than 90%, excellent thermal insulation performance and good durability. After long-term use, there is no pulverization of ceramic fiber felt and the decline of thermal insulation, and the service life is up to 8-10 years.

The product has stable physical and chemical properties, high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, good heat and sound insulation effect, high strength, 100% asbestos-free, no toxic and harmful gases produced at high temperature, no harmful effects on the surrounding environment, is an environmental protection product, the product can be arbitrarily cut and used, construction is convenient.
The main raw materials of the products are siliceous materials (quartz powder, diatomite), calcareous materials (lime, cement) and reinforcing fibers (pulp fibers). after mixing various raw materials, it is made through pulping,billet making, steam curing, surface sanding and other processing procedures.
