1,Description of Insulating Silica Brick:
Using finely silica raw materials.Use at high temperatures, can not contact with alkaline refractory materials. With heat conduction performance is good, Refractoriness, small residual expansion,Strong acid slag erosion resistance, etc.Light weight silica brick is mainly used in two fields. One is the heat insulation on the top of glass kiln to reduce heat loss and increase the efficiency of melting process.The other is the heat insulation of the wall and top of the hot blast stove. The vault of glass furnace is usually designed with two layers of thermal insulation, and the density of brick is 1.0g/cm3 and 0.8g/cm3 or 0.6g/cm3 respectively.The density of lightweight silica brick for hot blast stove is usually 1.05g/cm3 and 1.25g/cm3.Lightweight silica brick, also known as lightweight insulation brick, contains more than 91% silica and has a density of less than 1.2g/cm3. The particle size of production burden is not more than 1 mm. Flammable substances are added in the burden to form porous structure in the firing process. The use temperature is above 1200 ℃ and cannot contact with alkaline refractory.

3,Knowledge of Insulating Silica Brick:
Insulating Silica Brick uses fine silica as raw material, the maximum particle size is 1mm, of which the particle size less than 0.5mm is more than 90%.The porous structure is formed by adding flammable substances into the ingredients or by gas generation method,It is made by firing.Insulating Silica Brick can not be used in contact with alkaline refractories at high temperature. According to the material, the maximum temperature is 1200 ~ 1500℃.In addition to thermal insulation, the product also maintains the characteristics of silicon brick, high refractoriness under load, slightly expanding volume in the heating process, so as to enhance the overall performance of the kiln.
4,Product shape and classification:
Most of the products are standard bricks, size 230*114*65mm, according to density, can be divided into:JS-1.00,JS-1.10,JS-1.15,JS-1.20
