3,Knowledge of Mullite Brick for Hot Blast Furnace:Alumina content of products is generally 65-75%, mineral composition is mainly mullite phase, a small amount of corundum phase, glass phase.Refractoriness is greater than 1790℃, refractoriness under load is greater than 1550 ~ 1700 ℃.The products are divided into sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks according to different production processes, according to the difference of alumina, it can be divided into three grades: JM-65, JM-70 and JM-80.The crystallization of fused mullite brick is larger than that of sintered mullite brick, and its thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered product. The products are mainly used in hot blast stove, blast furnace, regenerator of glass furnace, petroleum cracking equipment, dry quenching coke oven, etc.
