1,Product description:
Sintered mullite bricks made from synthetic calcined mullite are widely used in high-grade kilns such as hot blast stoves and blast furnaces because of their excellent suddenly-changing temperature resistance,good wear resistance, low creep rate performance and low reburning line change rate.

3,Knowledge of Mullite Brick for Hot Blast Furnace:Alumina content of products is generally 65-75%, mineral composition is mainly mullite phase, a small amount of corundum phase, glass phase.Refractoriness is greater than 1790℃, refractoriness under load is greater than 1550 ~ 1700 ℃.The products are divided into sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks according to different production processes, according to the difference of alumina, it can be divided into three grades: JM-65, JM-70 and JM-80.The crystallization of fused mullite brick is larger than that of sintered mullite brick, and its thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered product. The products are mainly used in hot blast stove, blast furnace, regenerator of glass furnace, petroleum cracking equipment, dry quenching coke oven, etc.

4,Main features of Mullite Brick for Hot Blast Furnace:

1, High refractoriness, ＞1790℃

2,High refractoriness under load, 1550~1700℃。

3, The creep rate at high temperature is low, 1500℃×25-50h,≤0.6%

4, Good thermal shock resistance, 1100℃, water cooling, > 20 times.

5, Good corrosion resistance of acid-resistant slag
