4. Production process:
1)Raw material crushing
2)Mud preparation: according to the proportion of raw materials for preparation and mixing, feeding order: coarse particles + binder + fine powder, mixing 20-30 minutes
3) Molding and drying: press the mud into brick, control the porosity of brick at 25-30%, and dry it in the dryer,130-200℃*24h
4) Firing: tunnel kiln firing, about 1500 ℃, holding time about 10h
