1.Free Drying-out Castable For Heating Furnace：the three quality elements of castable are material, construction and baking, Generally, the surface burst, middle and bottom burst will occur in different degrees during the baking process of castable, and the baking time is more than 30 days. The non baking castable developed by our company overcomes the serious problem of bursting in the baking process, and improves the thermal shock resistance and stability of the product. The overall baking time of the kiln after maintenance is shortened to 7-15 days, which reduces the labor intensity and material cost, and improves the economic benefit. 2.Features and functions of Free Drying-out Castable For Heating Furnace:
1) after the product construction, it does not need to be baked, and it can be ignited and heated to the working temperature after about 8 hours of natural curing after solidification.
