1,Description of Andalusite Mullite Brick for Hot Blast Stove:: heating andalusite to 1300 ℃ will transform mullite phase, enhance the product's resistance to rapid cooling and heating, improve the product's impact resistance and load softening temperature. Hongzhu stone can be directly added without calcination to improve the creep resistance of mullite brick. This kind of composite brick has excellent oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance, spalling resistance, high temperature compressive strength and flexural strength. Therefore, the product is widely used in important areas of kilns.The volume expansion of mullite in the process of mullite formation at high temperature can effectively offset the sintering shrinkage at high temperature, thus making the volume of the product stable. The addition of andalusite at high temperature is transformed into mullite, which improves the content of mullite. At the same time, the interweaved structure formed by needle column mullite improves the thermal shock stability of the product.Andalusite is not completely mullitized, forming a number of composite structures, and the thermal shock stability of the products is improved due to the mismatch of expansion coefficients of various minerals. When andalusite is added into the matrix, the microstructure of knitted mullite interwoven with each other is formed in the matrix after Mullitization of andalusite at high temperature, which can effectively improve the load softening temperature and creep resistance of products.
