Zirconia Brick is produced with the advantage of good high temperature stability of zircon sand. It has the characteristics of high strength, high density and high refractoriness under load .So, this product has good performance of spalling resistance, abrasion resistance, liquid glass erosion resistance and other industrial slag erosion resistance. It is widely used in glass molten pool furnace, refined steel, cement kiln and non-ferrous metal smelting furnace.

During the process of 1300~1500℃, the product shrinks sharply and should be heated slowly to avoid damage.The main crystalline phase of the product is the coexistence of zircon and glass phases,mutual Mosaic Combination,to form a tight whole without obvious gap.
