1,Product description:
1,Direct-bond Magnesite Chrome Brick is made of high purity sintered magnesia and chromite with SIO2 < 2% and sintered at high temperature (1750 ~1800℃). The product is composed of periclase and magnesia-chromium spinel as the main crystalline phase.
2,Direct-bond Magnesite Chrome Brick has few impurities, direct combination of crystalline phase and crystalline phase, low porosity, high compressive strength, strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and spalling resistance.
3, Application of Direct-bond Magnesite Chrome Brick: Widely used in electric arc furnace, copper smelting furnace, refining furnace, cement rotary kiln.The amount of silicate phase in direct bonded magnesia chrome brick is small,the amount of secondary spinel is large,there is a direct combination between periclase and periclase, and between periclase and chromite,therefore, the product has good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance.In the process of high temperature sintering, chromium enters into the magnesia matrix and forms a solid solution of periclase. When the temperature decreases, MgO-R2O3 secondary spinel is formed, and then forms a direct bonding structure. Direct bonded magnesia chrome brick has the property of hanging kiln skin, so it is suitable for laying firing zone of various cement kilns.
