1.Description: Graphite mold is widely used in continuous casting and semi contact casting of non-ferrous metals. Production practice has proved that due to its good thermal conductivity and self-lubricating performance, graphite mold not only improves the casting speed, but also has accurate size, smooth surface and uniform crystallization prevention. It can be directly processed in the next process, greatly improves the yield and greatly improves the product quality. It should be made of ultra-fine particle structure, high-purity and high graphitization graphite materials. The particle size should be less than 15um, even less than 10um, and the pore size should be less than 2um.
