1,Description of Zircon Mullite Brick for Glass Furnace:
Zirconium mullite lattice bricks produced with α-Al2O3 powder, synthetic mullite and stabilized ZrO2 have low porosity, high density, good acid and alkali slag corrosion resistance, and good suddenly-changing temperature resistance. They have been applied in regenerator of hot blast furnace and glass furnace.

3,Characteristics of Zircon Mullite Brick for Glass Furnace:
1)After adding zircon sand into the product, zircon mullite and mullite form a unique solid solution structure during high temperature sintering and use, which makes the product have good spalling resistance, slag corrosion resistance and low creep rate performance,good chemical inertia prolongs the service life of the kiln.
2)The product is light pink, lattice-shaped, and is used in glass furnace regenerator, glass fiber furnace regenerator and other kilns
4,Product knowledge:There are two production methods:electrofusion and sintering.The sintered zirconia-mullite brick is made of industrial alumina powder,zircon concentrate powder and calcium oxide stabilized zirconia raw material as raw materials,through reaction sintering process, zirconia is introduced into mullite matrix,the high temperature mechanical properties of the product can be greatly improved by using the phase transformation toughening mechanism of zirconia.At the same time, the addition of zirconia can accelerate the densification and sintering process of products due to the formation of low melting point substances and vacancies.When the content of zirconia is 30%,the relative theoretical density of the green body can reach 98% and the strength can reach 378 Mpa when it is sintered at 1530℃.
