1,Process of Ceramic Roller Bar For Roller Kiln

The product is extruded and fired in a high temperature shaft kiln.The two ends of the product should be machined into transmission holes for easy use.High alumina ceramic roller can be divided into Al2O3≥70%, service temperature 1250℃and Al2O3≥80%,service temperature 1400℃according to different alumina content and service temperature.

2,Applications of Ceramic Roller Bar For Roller Kiln

Tile roller kiln,ceramic roller kiln,glass roller kiln, etc.It is suggested that the ceramic roller should be evenly coated with a layer of professional coating before use to prevent chemical corrosion on the roller surface and reduce the formation of adhesive on the roller surface.Before the roller bar is inserted into the kiln for use, please put the product on the top of the kiln firing belt (about 120 ℃) and preheat it for 12 hours, so as to prevent the accelerated damage of the roller bar after entering the kiln and prolong its service life.The installation and replacement of roll bar should be fast to avoid long and uneven heating time of roll bar without rotation. When the hot roller is pulled out from the kiln, please place it horizontally on the insulation blanket, and cover the upper part with the insulation blanket to make it cool down slowly to prevent cracking and damage.
