1, Description of Defoaming Insulation Agent: blast furnace ironmaking inevitably produces large amounts of iron slag and foam. The inherent physical properties and technological conditions of these slag determine that it is very easy to bond and deposit in the molten iron ditch wall, iron ladle, torpedo tank and mixer furnace, resulting in the reduction of service life of iron trench, the reduction of effective volume of iron holding device, the difficulty of cleaning slag location, and the increase of labor intensity of workers. The utilization ratio of the equipment seriously affects the smooth operation of the production process. In view of the above situation, our company develops and produces the slag defoaming and heat preservation agent products, which have the functions of slag melting, defoaming, heat preservation, absorption of molten iron inclusions, and prevention of molten iron oxidation.
