1,Main raw materials: SiC sand, Calcined Bauxite
2,In the process of firing and using, SiC oxidizes to produce SiO2, reacts with Aluminum Trioxide to form mullite, which improves the density and strength of the product, forms a protective layer on the surface of the product, prevents SiC from being further oxidized, thus ensuring good thermal shock stability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product.
3,Silicon Carbide Mullite Brick in Cement Kiln has compact structure and good wear resistance. The product density is as high as 2.7-3.0g/cm3, and its wear resistance is better than that of spalling-resistant high-alumina and magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, which is more than 5 times of phosphate bonded high-alumina bricks.
4,Silicon Carbide Mullite Brick in Cement Kiln has good thermal shock stability, high thermal conductivity of silicon carbide and low thermal expansion coefficient, which greatly improves the thermal shock stability of the product. The water-cooling test at 1100℃ results in more than 40 times of anti-spalling.
5,Silicon Carbide Mullite Brick in Cement Kiln has good application effect. The starting temperature of load softening of the product is above 1500℃. The product has compact internal structure and consists of corundum phase, silicon carbide phase and mullite phase.
