1,Product description:
Cordierite High Alumina Brick has main application characteristic of good thermal shock resistance at middle temperature( < 1300°C).And its own weight is lighter than common clay brick. But it is poorer in the aspect of resistance to high temperature and erosion. This product is widely used as kiln furniture products, mesa of kiln car products and coke oven door products.

3,Product knowledge: There are two production methods for this product. One is to add synthetic cordierite raw materials to clay bricks, the other is to add light-fired magnesia powder to clay bricks to form cordierite mineral phase in the firing process.The main mineral phases of the products produced by the two methods are cordierite phase, glass phase, corundum phase and mullite phase.The product uses cordierite phase with low expansion coefficient and good thermal shock resistance, so that it has the property of frequent temperature resistance and non-cracking. Because of its poor high temperature resistance, the product can be used in the environment of 1100-1300℃. It is generally used as ceramic mortar, kiln car and kiln furniture, and coke oven door brick.
4,The mixing sequence of the product must follow the crude-medium-binder-cordierite powder (or lightly burned magnesia powder) -binder-fine powder, which effectively ensures the existence of cordierite phase in the product matrix and the use effect of the product.
5,Cordierite High Alumina Brick are dark beige in color and different in shape. They are manufactured according to user's requirements. Product packaging is the same as other general refractory bricks, wooden pallet + shrinkable film + plastic steel belt.
