3,Application Knowledge of Chromium Corundum Castable for Electric Furnace Top

2)Al2O3 and Cr2O3 form solid solution at high temperature, which improves the high temperature performance and corrosion resistance of products.

4,Application of products in carbon black reactor:
The temperature of carbon black reaction furnace is as high as 1925℃.It is correct to choose Cr2O3-rich chromium corundum castable products,the melting point of this castable is as high as 2275-2300℃.The product uses synthetic compact chrome corundum sand as the main raw material,and adds Al2O3 and Cr2O3 ultrafine powder to form high performance duplex phase in the process of high temperature use,which increases the working temperature by 150-170℃,effectively improves the use effect and prolongs the service life.Masonry of products with Cr2O3≥70% in carbon black reactor,at lower operating temperature, the product with lower Cr2O3 content is used for masonry,Such use not only reduces the cost,but also ensures the overall service life of the furnace.
