Zirconium mullite lattice bricks produced with α-Al2O3 powder, synthetic mullite and stabilized ZrO2 have low porosity, high density, good acid and alkali slag corrosion resistance, and good suddenly-changing temperature resistance. 4,Product knowledge:There are two production methods:electrofusion and sintering.The sintered zirconia-mullite brick is made of industrial alumina powder,zircon concentrate powder and calcium oxide stabilized zirconia raw material as raw materials,through reaction sintering process, zirconia is introduced into mullite matrix,the high temperature mechanical properties of the product can be greatly improved by using the phase transformation toughening mechanism of zirconia.At the same time, the addition of zirconia can accelerate the densification and sintering process of products due to the formation of low melting point substances and vacancies.When the content of zirconia is 30%,the relative theoretical density of the green body can reach 98% and the strength can reach 378 Mpa when it is sintered at 1530℃.
