1,Main raw materials: calcined anthracite, coke, graphite powder.
2,Application: Used as cathode of electrolytic aluminium cell
3,Features: Electrical conductivity, high temperature resistance, sodium corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance
4,Category: common cathode carbon block:Anthracite calcined at 1250-1350℃ is used as main raw material.
Semi-graphitic carbon block:The main raw materials are calcined anthracite at high temperature and graphite crushed,semi-finished products are only roasted (1200℃) without heat treatment in graphitization furnace.
Graphitized cathode carbon block:using coke which is easy to graphitize as raw material,semifinished products are heat treated by graphitization furnace (2500-2800℃)

Common cathode carbon block: resistivity 50-60μΩ•m,the use effect is general
Semi-graphite Carbon Block: Resistivity 15-45μΩ•m,good effect
