1,Knowledge of Carbon Brick for Blast Furnace:

Carbon bricks for blast furnace and micro-porous carbon bricks are mainly made from high temperature calcined anthracite,a variety of additives were added, and asphalt was used as binder,after forming, it is roasted at high temperature and finely processed.The main features of the product are high thermal conductivity, high micropore index and permeability index, which can reduce the erosion rate of blast furnace body and effectively prevent the penetration erosion of hot metal It is mainly built in the hearth of blast furnace.

Semi-graphitic carbon bricks are made by high temperature calcination of anthracite, using semi-graphitic materials and medium-temperature asphalt as binders, roasting at high temperature and finishing, and are mainly built at the bottom of blast furnace.

Ultra-high conductivity graphite electrode is made of petroleum coke with low ash content as main raw material and asphalt as binder,formed and roasted, impregnated, graphitized and finely processed. It is mainly built on the bottom and abdomen of blast furnace.
