The product is made of fused brown corundum, silicon carbide as the main raw material, aluminum phosphate as the binder, high tonnage brick press and high temperature firing.The product is mainly used in the 800-1450℃ temperature pressing section of the rolling furnace, which can improve the billet heating quality and steel quality. The heating efficiency of the furnace is doubled, the fuel consumption is reduced by 20%, the heating capacity is increased by 30%, and the service life is prolonged.
