1.Description of High Alumina Ceramic Fiber Blanket:
Ceramic fibre blankets can be divided into general aluminium silicate blankets(using temperature1000℃~1300℃),zirconium-containing blankets (using temperature 1400℃),mullite needle-punched blankets (using temperature 1300℃~1450℃),zirconium-containing needle-punched blankets (using temperature 1400℃~1650℃). The products have high purity, low thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. They are widely used in the external insulation and lining insulation of various industrial furnaces.
The product takes high purity calcined flint clay as raw material.after melting in electric furnace,injection, cooling and lattice compression molding.the product has less impurities, high strength, good toughness and low thermal conductivity. It is a good heat insulating product and is widely used in the insulation parts of industrial furnaces.
