1,Description of Zirconium Containing Ceramic Fiber Board:
The production process of zirconium-containing ceramic fiber board with ZrO2 powder is the same as high-alumina ceramic board.However, the working temperature of the product getting higher after add to ZrO2 powder,dan reach 1400℃,the strength of the product is higher and the toughness is greater.The product has better high temperature performance, such as more stable performance,better strength and toughness,and better resistance to wind erosion at high temperature.The products are widely used in metallurgical industrial furnaces, ceramic high temperature furnaces, laboratory high temperature furnaces,non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces,petrochemical decomposition furnaces,etc., with better service effect and life.
