1,Description：High alumina brick for electrolytic aluminum is a refractory brick specially designed for the lining of electrolytic aluminum furnace. Barium oxide is added in the production process of high alumina brick. In the process of high-temperature use, a dense protective layer will be formed on the product surface, which effectively prevents the penetration of molten aluminum without affecting the quality of molten aluminum and improves the use effect of the product. The binder is changed, and the pulp liquid is replaced by high-temperature aluminum dihydrogen phosphate liquid, which improves the strength, compactness, peeling resistance and corrosion resistance of the product. The iron oxide content of the product is lower than that of ordinary high alumina brick, the density is higher than that of ordinary high alumina brick, the porosity is lower than that of ordinary high alumina brick, and the thermal conductivity is better than that of ordinary high alumina brick. Therefore, the application effect on electrolytic aluminum furnace is much better than that of ordinary high alumina brick.
