1.Description of concrete filter plate
The concrete filter plate is made of high-quality cement, high-quality fine stone and quartz sand by mixing, tamping and pouring. The opening proportion is arranged according to the design requirements, ABS plastic pipes are embedded, and double-layer two-way threaded steel bars are used. The error per square meter above and below the product is ± 1mm. After installation in the filter tank, the overall error is ≤ 5mm, and the four sides are neat without warping, fully meeting the design requirements and use effect of the filter tank.
The traditional water distribution system of the filter tank has the problems of large resistance during filtering and backwashing, uneven water distribution, many dead water areas, and easy hardening and mud accumulation of the filter material. At the same time, the supporting layer is loose due to insufficient local flushing strength, and sand leakage occurs. The concrete filter plate (BAF) is casted with vertical steel mold, produced and installed in strict accordance with the design requirements, with high strength and small error, which solves the problems existing in the filtration of the traditional filter tank water distribution system.
