Zirconia Hollow Sphere Brick
Zirconia hollow sphere brick is a high-performance ultra-high-temperature insulation material with a maximum service temperature of up to 2200°C. It exhibits excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, high-temperature strength, and stability under extreme conditions. It is widely used as lining insulation in thermal equipment across industries such as metallurgy, petroleum and chemical engineering, electronics, and military applications.
1. Technical Parameters of Zirconia Hollow Sphere Brick
2. Product Description
Zirconia hollow sphere brick is an ultra-high-temperature insulation product manufactured by molding and high-temperature sintering of zirconia hollow spheres, zirconia powder, and additives. Zirconia hollow sphere brick use yttria-stabilized zirconia as the main raw material ensures high stability of the product, with a compressive strength of up to 12 MPa and a maximum working temperature of 2200°C, surpassing other refractory insulation materials. With excellent stability and performance at high temperatures, it is commonly used as a lining in ultra-high-temperature furnaces. It demonstrates outstanding resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, making it an ideal insulation material for intermediate-frequency high-temperature furnaces, carbon black reaction furnaces, molybdenum furnaces, and more.
3. Main Features
(1)High purity: ZrO₂ ≥ 91%, Fe₂O₃ ≤ 0.2%
