Refractory castable has strong fluidity and plasticity. It is one of the most widely used amorphous refractories. It is mainly used to build the overall structure of various heating furnace linings. Refractory castables with high room temperature strength are used to make prefabricated components and install them on the site of rotary kiln. What preparations should we make before construction?
1. Determine the shape and structure of castable facilities and clean them.
2. Process channel setting.
3. Construction machines and tools, vibration tools, etc. must be in good condition with complete parts.
4. Anchor type, proportion, position and cold welding quality. Metal anchors must be treated with expansion compensation.
5. The surrounding refractory brick insulation layer shall take preventive measures for pouring material dehydration (glue).
6. The packaging and delivery date of castable, and conduct pre-test to check whether it is invalid.
7. The quality of construction water must reach the quality of drinking water.
8. Implementation of construction technical inspection.
9. Pouring procedure.
Through the above inspection, in order to facilitate our follow-up construction, if there is any nonconformity, it shall be replaced in time to avoid problems in the construction process.
