Aluminum silicate fiber felt is mainly made of pyroxene as the main raw material, and is produced through processes such as melting, wire drawing (adding an appropriate amount of adhesive during the wire drawing process), curing in the curing chamber, and cutting. The entire process is automatically controlled by PLC, and the insulation material for the product is formed in one go.

Product advantages

2. Low thermal conductivity and good insulation performance. Under the same conditions of use, aluminum silicate products have a thermal conductivity that is more than 30% lower than other insulation materials.
3. Lightweight and stable, with characteristics such as softness, lightness, and elasticity. Dry process products weigh 80-100 kg/m3, while wet process products weigh 100-130 kg/m3.
4. Not affected by molten metals. Has good chemical stability.

6. Good electrical insulation and high dielectric constant; Can be used as high-frequency insulation material.
