PVC foam board is a type of PVC foam board, also known as Andy board or Shaffer board. This board has the characteristics of waterproof and moisture-proof, flame retardant (GB 8624-2012 B1 level), sound insulation and shock absorption, thermal insulation, moth proof and lightweight, non absorbent, etc. It supports processing techniques such as carving, hot bending, UV printing, etc. The surface can be improved in smoothness by a shaping desktop foam extruder.
Compared to PVC laminated foam board, its surface hardness is lower, making it suitable for scenarios that do not require high smoothness. The production adopts three roller or fixed desktop foam extrusion equipment, which complies with ROHS environmental protection standards.
Mainly used in advertising display boards, mounting boards, light boxes, furniture cabinets, building partitions, cold storage wall panels, and screen printing, it can replace traditional wood and aluminum materials.
