Basic regulations on masonry materials and materials
( 1) Refractory brick products should be inspected, stored and transported according to the current standards and technical conditions. The refractory brick products transported to the construction site shall be provided with quality certificate. The validity period of the refractory brick with timeliness shall be indicated. Whether the brand, grade and brick number of the refractory brick products meet the cup standard, technical conditions and design requirements shall be noted. The appearance inspection shall be carried out before the construction, and the selection shall be carried out. If necessary, the test inspection shall be carried out.
( 2) Refractory brick products shall be stored in covered warehouse on site.
( 3) The refractory bricks in the warehouse of the construction site shall be placed according to the brand, grade, brick number and masonry sequence, and marked. The brick shapes of important parts should be checked one by one according to the thickness, and piled up by 1mm according to the thickness difference. When transporting, loading and unloading refractory brick products, they should be handled with care.
( 4) During transportation and storage of refractory bricks, damp should be prevented. Damp and easily deteriorated closed fire materials (such as magnesia products, etc.) shall not be affected by damp.
( 5) Refractory mud, powder, aggregate, binder, ramming material, plastic, spray coating, castable and refractory fiber must be kept in the warehouse which can prevent moisture and dirt, and shall not be confused. Anti freezing measures shall be taken for lining materials with anti freezing requirements.
