The common fire-resistant bricks in cement kilns are alkali resistant bricks with low temperature zone and silica brick in high temperature zone: the phenomenon of head bursting on the surface of fire is serious. Coal injection pipe castable: aluminum silicon carbide series: heat shock resistance, good alkali resistance. Corundum spinel castable: high temperature flexural strength and alkali resistance. Construction and maintenance: the pouring material construction adds excessive water, which has adverse effect on the performance of refractory. Light reduces strength, resulting in segregation. Silicon carbide (SIC): it is an inert material, which does not react with alkali, and has better anti skin property and primary alkali resistance. The product is wear-resistant and corrosion resistant. The surface of the material product mixed with the liquid phase layer is formed at high temperature, and the protective film can improve the alkali resistance and service life of the product. Silica mahogany brick = silica brick + andalusite. The brick is made up of mullite and silicon carbide as the main mineral. High strength, wear resistance and seismic stability are good. Andalusite: the swelling property of the materials and products added at high temperature can improve the creep resistance and high temperature strength of the materials, and improve the stability of thermal shock resistance. Silica mahogany brick: the finished product of silica brick added with andalusite. The wear resistance and thermal shock resistance are good. The expansion is uniform, the thermal shock stability is good, the load softening point is high, the strength is large, the chemical corrosion resistance is good, and the low thermal conductivity is less than 1.7w/m.k. The lower thermal conductivity reduces the heat loss and reduces the coal consumption. Low volume density and light weight.
