1. Ordinary high alumina brick

The main mineral components of this refractory brick are aragonite, corundum, and glass phase. As the Al2O3 content in the product increases, mullite and corundum also increase, and the glass phase decreases accordingly. The refractoriness and high-temperature performance of the product also improve accordingly.
2. High load soft high alumina brick

Compared with ordinary high alumina bricks, the difference between high load soft high alumina bricks is the matrix and binder parts: in addition to adding three stone concentrates, the matrix part reasonably introduces high alumina materials such as corundum powder and high alumina corundum powder according to the theoretical composition that is close to mullite after firing

3. Low creep high alumina brick

Improving the creep resistance of high alumina bricks through the use of so-called unbalanced reactions. According to the operating temperature of the kiln, three stone minerals, activated alumina, etc. are added to the matrix to make the composition of the matrix close to or completely composed of mullite. Because the mullite of the matrix will increase the mullite content of the material and reduce the glass phase content.

4. Phosphate bonded high alumina brick

Phosphate bonded high alumina bricks are chemical bonded refractory bricks made from dense special grade or first-class high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, phosphate solution or aluminum phosphate solution as the binder, semi dry press molding, and heat treatment at 400-600 ℃.
