2. Mixing
First, add coarse particles into the mixer for mixing for 3-4min, add some binders for mixing for 3-4min, add powder for mixing for 6-10min, add the remaining binders and mix evenly before discharging
3. Molding
It is formed by friction press or hydraulic press to ensure that the magnesia iron aluminum spinel brick has dense green body, neat edges and corners, and the density is controlled at 3.1-3.2g/cm3
4. Firing
It is fired at 1650-1750 ℃ in oxidizing atmosphere. Magnesium iron aluminum spinel brick is obtained.
