1.Description of Dephosphorizing Agent For Steelmaking: with the development of iron and steel industry, the impurity content in steel is required to be no more than 100ppm, especially the phosphorus content, which is required to be≤50ppm. It is difficult for converter smelting and off furnace refining equipment to realize, so the hot metal must be pretreated. In view of this situation, our company has developed CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 series efficient dephosphorizing agent suitable for different metallurgical processes and equipment conditions,after use, good results have been achieved.
2.Features and functions: the dephosphorizing agent for hot metal mainly consists of oxidizer, slagging agent and cosolvent, The function of oxidant is to supply oxygen,the phosphorus in the molten iron is oxidized,make it synthesize phosphate with slag making agent and stay in slag. Slag making agent can solidify silicon and phosphorus oxide, form stable silicate or phosphate, and reduce slag melting point, Cosolvent is used to improve the flow performance of dephosphorization slag, meanwhile, to intensify dephosphorization reaction and enhance dephosphorization effect
3.Usage and dosage: the product index can be adjusted according to different steel grades and processes to meet the user's requirements. The dosage per ton of steel is 0.8-1.5kg
4.Storage and transportation: rainproof and moisture-proof measures shall be taken to store in dry and ventilated environment
