Lightweight insulating castable is suitable for mechanical spraying, pouring or alteration.
The light casting production has been measured according to the proportion. Considering the aging of the binder, the light materials and binders are separated and packed. The light materials are packed in woven bags with plastic bags, and the binder is the original packaging. Five bags of light materials and one bag of binder are small ingredients.
Transportation, storage
1 the transportation shall be determined according to the interval between the factory and the construction site. The passenger car can be selected for the shorter production (within 500km allowed), and the train can be used for the long journey.
2 the lightweight insulating castable shall be placed in dry and well ventilated and avoid direct illumination of strong light
3 it has good and common scattered things (straight edge, plastering knife, small shovel, trolley, bucket), etc
4 use clean daily water to ensure the normal setting of castable (pH value 6.5-7)
5 do well in time the measures of rain prevention and water proofing.
6 the site shall have good safety measures.
