Phosphoric acid and phosphate refractory castables are prepared in proportion with refractory aggregate, powder and admixture with phosphoric acid and phosphate as binder. They are used after curing or baking after forming. They are characterized by high strength, less reduction of medium temperature strength and good high temperature performance
Commonly used binders are phosphoric acid, acid aluminum phosphate and magnesium phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate. They can be used as binders for almost all refractory castables. Common coagulants include chlorate, cement, magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, etc
The service temperature of phosphoric acid and phosphate refractory castables is 1400-1800 ℃, which are widely used in various industrial kilns, and the application effect is better than that of aluminate cement refractory castables
