1350℃ ceramic roller is a high-temperature ceramic roller containing 7-15% ZrO2. Adding ZrO2 to alumina roller improves the service temperature, strength and wear resistance of the product. 1350 ℃ ceramic roller containing ZrO2 is suitable for roller kiln fired at higher temperature. The product is class 1 qualified product.

1,Description of Antiskid Zirconium-containing Ceramic Roller
The surface of the product is striped, which greatly improves the anti-skid performance of the product, makes the sintered product of transmission not easy to slide left and right and changes the direction of travel, and avoids the damage caused by collision. After adding ZrO2 powder into the product, the wear resistance,suddenly-changing temperature resistance, bending strength and flatness of the product are enhanced, and the use times of the product are effectively increased.
