Introduction to the Fire Protection and Insulation System for External Walls of Expansive Refractory Slurry Board
1. System Introduction
The technology of expansion type refractory slurry fire insulation system adopts expansion type mineral refractory material particles, and uses Jinling brand inorganic alkali free and corrosion-free exterior wall fire insulation board adhesive as the adhesive. The fire insulation board is attached to the exterior wall with * * mechanical anchor fixing parts, then coated with crack resistant mortar, pressed into glass fiber mesh cloth to form a structural protective layer, and then added with an exterior decoration layer as required for the exterior wall fire insulation system.
2. Main performance introduction:
a. High flexural strength (0.2-1.0MPa/30-80mm thickness) and high compressive strength (0.5-3.0MPa);
b. The thermal conductivity coefficient is small (0.05-0.065W/k.m) and can be adjusted according to guidance;
c. Moderate bulk density (220-280 kg/m3), can be adjusted as needed;
d. * * Alkali free and halogen-free, fundamentally avoiding the serious consequences of pulverization, embrittlement, and peeling after returning to brine and alkali;
e. Double waterproof, high softening coefficient (≥ 0.8), no hydrophobic agent added, water immersion strength decreases by ≤ 10%, with better effect added;
f. Freezing and thawing resistance, frost resistance (30 cycles), mass loss (%) ≤ 3, strength loss (%) ≤ 10 g. Drying shrinkage value (rapid method) (mm/m) ≤ 0.3
h. Non toxic, high temperature resistant (>1300 ℃, fully meeting A-level standards), non shrinking, non deforming, non powdering after combustion, good sound insulation and shock absorption elasticity, thermal insulation and flame retardant, no black smoke during drying, and no toxic gas after high temperature and high open flame combustion (in compliance with and better than the relevant national standard AQ1 level);
i. The unique breathing material prevents the accumulation of internal moisture and the formation of moisture absorption and condensation during the alternating process of high and low temperatures, which can lead to the strength reduction of the board. This effectively eliminates the safety hazards of the wall and exterior decoration layer;
j. Stable performance and low cost, it is a bonding agent (non water glass) used in the production of fireproof insulation boards, firewalls, etc.
3. The selection range of main materials for expanding refractory slurry: expanded perlite, vitrified microbeads, expanded vermiculite, etc.
